五彩缤纷辣子鸡丁[11P]

  食材用料鸡胸肉

  200克左右紫苏叶碎

  2片各种颜色辣椒

  适量元葱

  少许葱

  少许.蒜泥

  适量鸭饼

  1张高汤

  少许骨头汤

  少许十三香

  少许盐

  少许糖

  少许料酒

  10.苏叶入味后,加各色辣椒和元葱大火收汁。加香油和高汤芡汁出锅。盘中放一张薄鸭饼,装盘。小贴士

  炒干辣椒时注意油温,或把锅离火。苏叶少许一定要放,解油。
